Please note that, item tagged with 'Ready Stock' is ready to deliver to you as soon full payment received, otherwise the item is 'US Stock' which requires 3 to 4 weeks to reach your doorsteps as it still in US. Delay might occur due to uncontrollable caused such as custom clearance process, currier delay, weather factor etc.

B. Term & Condition:

I. ITEMS & DISCLAIMER

We do only sell 100% BRAND NEW AUTHENTIC and ORIGINAL items directly bought & shipped from US.
Items will come with the outlet original packaging offered.
Please note that most items imported from USA are not necessarily made in USA. To be cost competitive, nowadays fashion designers manufacture their items in countries where labor cost is low such as from China, Vietnam, Indonesia and even Malaysia. So that they usually come with ‘Made in China’ tag, but they were produced under Brand's legal license, hence they are 100% authentic. It does not mean the bags/items are replicas. You can check those items sold at Pavilion, KLCC or any other boutiques and you would find the 'Made in China' label in most bags/items. Our range of products are 100% original. We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time, as we deem necessary.

II. PRICE

Please note that our price is fixed either payment via installment or cash is selected. All items are fixed prices unless specified otherwise. We wont entertain any discount request for the items accept to our return buyers.
Prices may subjected to changes, without prior notice.
Items and prices offered in blog is not guaranteed available until you pay booking fees.

III. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Payment instruction will be given via email or sms/watsapp after the order placed.
Deposit is needed for pre-order & booking of US/ready stock with the rate stated in the entry/post.
Deposit is non-refundable unless your items failed to be delivered.
All booking can't be cancelled. If you choose to cancel, deposit also will be burnt.
Balanced can be paid within shipping duration which is approximately 3-4 weeks for pre-order & US stock.
Maximum 3 times payment/ installment can be arranged within 3-4 weeks we received the deposit. Please inform us if more installments needed (up to 3 months or 12 weeks only - subject to item price).
Booking without payment is only allowed for 48 hours. First come, First Serve basis for all items.
Only serious buyers; no BACKOUTS or EXCHANGE after invoice been sent to you. BACKOUT BUYERS will be BLACKLISTED.
IMPORTANT!!!!!! Please email us the PROOF OF PAYMENT each time you have made payment ie; from which bank, reference number, time and amount of the money transferred after you have transferred or banked in the money. Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted. Account number will be given once you order is confirmed.

IV. DELIVERY

Postage is FREE for all purchases.
Delivery mode is via POSLAJU. We will provide you the tracking number for future references.
For US stock, please allow 3-4 weeks waiting time to receive the goods after the order is submitted to us as the item is still in US. Delay might occur due to uncontrollable caused such as custom clearance process, currier delay, weather factor etc.
If the item tagged as 'ready stock', it will be shipped to your door step as soon as full payment received, approximately 1 to 3 days :)
We will not be held responsible if there is any lost or damage of item during delivery of the item.
Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.
C.O.D is available only @ SACC Shah Alam.

V. RETURN & EXCHANGE

Items sold cannot be refundable or returned or exchanged unless wrong description published at our blog regarding the items.
Unused defective items can be returned with price tag attached and items still in original condition within 5 days. Postage fee will not be refunded.
Please read carefully the description of the item ie measurement, color, material etc. Measurement provided might be differ within 1-2cm. The color showed in related pictures might a bit differ from the real item because of the pc/laptop/hp (devices) resolution.
Full amount will be refunded in case the goods are not available. No cancellation and no money refund once the payment is made.

VI. RESELLER / DROPSHIP SERVICES

Resellers are always welcome. As we believed we already offer the best price for the items, there is no special price for first time purchase. However resellers can get return buyer price for next purchases.
We do dropship service for our resellers. Dropship is a service where we directly ship the item to your customer with your name stated as the sender on the Poslaju form.
Purchase any item from us (at least 1 item) is required for dropship services.
